We: receive your request; propose options for providers/programs/logistics; coordinate scheduling, communications, bookings, and service tasks. 3) Important: we do not provide medical services Danube Voyage: is not a medical organization; does not provide medical services, diagnosis, or treatment; does not prescribe medications and does not provide medical advice. Any medical or wellness services are delivered by independent third parties, and medical decisions are made by you and the licensed specialists of the relevant provider. 4) No professional advice and no guarantees Website content and Danube Voyage communications are for general information and are not legal, financial, or medical advice. We do not guarantee: medical/wellness outcomes; availability of specific doctors/clinics/procedures; suitability of services to expectations; uninterrupted website operation or communications. 5) Providers and third parties Clinics, physicians, wellness centers, hotels, carriers, and other partners: operate as independent parties; may have their own rules, contracts, licensing requirements, cancellation/refund policies; are responsible for their services, quality, safety, outcomes, licensing, and legal compliance. Danube Voyage is not a party to any medical services agreement between you and a provider (if any) and is not responsible for a provider’s acts or omissions. 6) Bookings, payments, cancellations (universal rules) Specific terms depend on the selected provider and are confirmed prior to booking. 6.1. Payments Payments may be made: directly to the provider; and/or to Danube Voyage only if separately agreed as a concierge/service fee or coordination package. If the website does not contain a payment module, it is used for inquiries and communication, and payments are handled off-site. 6.2. Cancellations and refunds Cancellations/rescheduling of medical and wellness services are governed by the applicable provider’s rules. Cancellation/refund of any Danube Voyage service fee (if applicable) is governed by the separate terms agreed before payment. 7) Your obligations You confirm that: you have the right to provide the information you submit; information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge; you understand that sharing sensitive data (including health data) is voluntary and for coordination purposes; you will not use the website for unlawful activity, spam, hacking attempts, or interference with website operations. 8) Limitation of liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Danube Voyage is not liable for: indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages; loss of profit/data/opportunity; actions, errors, cancellations, and outcomes of independent providers’ services; delays or failures caused by third parties (connectivity, hosting, force majeure, provider decisions, governmental restrictions). Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, it will be limited to the minimum extent permitted. 9) Third-party links Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. Danube Voyage does not control and is not responsible for their content. 10) Intellectual property Website texts, structure, design, and materials belong to Danube Voyage or are used lawfully. Copying or modification without permission is prohibited except where explicitly allowed by law. 11) Changes to Terms We may update these Terms. The new version becomes effective as of the date it is published on the website. 12) Governing law and jurisdiction These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Dubai, U.A.E. WEZAYND does not provide medical or travel services. Not a merchant of record WEZAYND does not sell services, does not accept or process user payments (unless explicitly stated otherwise by separate Danube Voyage terms). Service claims Any claims related to Danube Voyage services, providers, bookings, payments, cancellations, or refunds must be directed to Danube Voyage, not WEZAYND. WEZAYND limitation of liability WEZAYND is responsible only for its own technical obligations to Danube Voyage under a separate agreement and is not responsible for Danube Voyage content or commercial obligations to users.
