FAQ
Can I combine detox, aesthetic care and relaxation in one 72-hour trip?
Yes. We can suggest a short program that mixes light detox meals, basic aesthetic rituals (like facials) and spa or thermal time. We help you plan a realistic schedule for about 72 hours.
I live in Dubai. How does the trip planning process work?
You send us your dates, goals and preferred comfort level. We suggest a draft plan with hotel, wellness center and schedule options. After your approval, we coordinate bookings with partners on your behalf.
What can I realistically do in only 72 hours?
Typically you can fit: arrival and check-in, 1–2 spa or thermal sessions, 1–2 light aesthetic treatments, simple detox or light nutrition plan, and some rest time. We avoid overloading the schedule.
Do you give medical advice or prescribe detox programs?
No. We do not diagnose, treat or prescribe. We only coordinate with clinics and wellness centers that provide their own medical or wellness services and advice, if needed.
Is a 72-hour detox safe if I have health issues?
You must check with your own doctor before travel. We can share sample program ideas, but only your doctor can say what is safe for you. You can also request a local medical check-up as part of the trip.
Can I keep working remotely during this burnout reset trip?
Yes, but we suggest you limit calls and screen time. We can plan quiet work-friendly slots and choose hotels with good workspaces, while still keeping time for rest and treatments.
What information do you need from me to start planning?
We usually ask for preferred dates, city of departure, main goals (detox, glow-up, stress recovery), budget range, language needs, and any known medical limits you wish to share.
Can I extend the 72-hour plan into a longer European stay?
Yes. We can design a core 72-hour reset in Budapest and then add extra wellness days or light sightseeing in other European cities, depending on your time and interests.
