FAQ
What is Danube Voyage and what do you actually do?
We are a wellness travel concierge. We help plan and coordinate wellness and health-focused trips from GCC countries to Budapest and Europe. Clinics and hotels provide all medical and spa services.
Do you give medical advice or prescribe treatments?
No. We do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. We only help you choose and book programs and appointments with licensed clinics, spas, and hotels based on your goals.
How do I start planning a wellness trip from the UAE?
Send us your preferred dates, budget range, wellness goals, and level of comfort or luxury. We then suggest example programs, locations, and a draft plan for your stay.
Can you arrange full health check-ups in Europe?
We can coordinate check-up packages with partner clinics. They perform all tests and consultations. We help with scheduling, logistics, and communication, but not with medical decisions.
Do you offer WhatsApp support for trip planning?
Yes. After your initial request, we can continue planning and coordination via WhatsApp for faster questions, updates, and confirmations, during typical business hours (example).
What types of wellness programs can you help with?
Examples: detox and stress recovery, thermal baths and spa, non-medical weight management, aesthetic and glow-up care, fertility and vision consultations, and general relaxation retreats.
Can you help with visas, flights, and local transport?
We can suggest typical options and connect you with travel partners for flights and visas. We can help coordinate airport transfers and local transport as part of your wellness itinerary.
How far in advance should I contact you before travel?
Ideally contact us at least a few weeks before your target dates (example: 3–6 weeks). For peak seasons and complex check-ups, more advance time helps secure better appointment slots.
